1. Agreement Overview

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "Client", or "you") and DASHTRAFFIC.COM ("DashTraffic", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing DashTraffic.com or placing an order for any Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

DashTraffic reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes affecting your rights will be communicated with reasonable notice.

2. Definitions

  • Services: Website traffic delivery, promotional campaigns, and related digital marketing services offered by DashTraffic.
  • Visitor: A visit delivered to a Customer's website through DashTraffic's traffic delivery systems.
  • Campaign: A purchased Service configured according to the Customer's selections.

3. Order Activation

A Campaign is considered active once traffic delivery has commenced or any portion of the purchased Service has been provided.

4. Scope of Services

DashTraffic provides website Visitor traffic through advertising networks and partner platforms. DashTraffic does not guarantee sales, conversions, leads, rankings, engagement metrics, revenue, or any specific business or marketing outcome.

The Customer is solely responsible for the content, legality, and compliance of their website and represents that their website complies with all applicable laws and third-party rights. DashTraffic reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or discontinue Services for websites containing illegal, misleading, harmful, or prohibited content, or where required for compliance, security, or operational reasons.

5. Prohibited Content

DashTraffic reserves the right to reject, suspend, or cancel Campaigns associated with unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful, including but not limited to adult content, hate speech, criminal or malware, phishing, or scams. Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of Services without refund.

6. Order Delivery & Tracking

Submitted URLs may be subject to manual review for compliance prior to traffic delivery. Approval typically occurs within one (1) hour but may take up to twenty-four (24) hours. After approval, Campaigns may require up to maximum 7 days to stabilise and reach normal delivery levels, without affecting the total Visitor volume purchased. If DashTraffic has exceeded the maximum delivery time, the customer is entitled to a refund if a refund request was communicated before delivery.

Traffic delivery is tracked using DashTraffic's provided stats link. Visitor counts may differ from third-party analytics platforms due to browser settings, ad blockers, cookie restrictions, or privacy controls. DashTraffic does not guarantee specific Visitor behaviour, session duration, or analytics parity.

7. URL Accuracy, Website Availability & Campaign Holds

Traffic is delivered to the URL provided at checkout. DashTraffic is not responsible for errors in submitted URLs, inaccessible pages, or unavailable websites. Traffic delivered during periods of website downtime, server issues, or maintenance beyond DashTraffic's control is non-refundable.

Customers may request to place a Campaign on hold by contacting support in writing. Traffic delivered prior to the hold request is not refundable, and Campaigns may resume once issues are resolved.

8. Payments and Refund Policy

All Services must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Prices displayed on DashTraffic.com apply at the time the order is placed. DashTraffic accepts major credit/debit cards and other payment methods offered through its payment processors.

DashTraffic offers a risk-free 7-day money-back guarantee.

Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of the Campaign start date and apply to the undelivered portion of purchased traffic.

If DashTraffic fails to deliver the purchased Visitor volume, Customer may request a refund or credit for the undelivered portion. Where Services are partially delivered, refunds are issued on a prorated basis corresponding only to unused traffic.

DashTraffic does not guarantee performance outcomes, and refunds are not issued based on conversions, sales, leads, rankings, or engagement results. No refunds are issued for fully delivered Campaigns, incorrect URLs, website downtime outside DashTraffic's control, or Campaigns involving prohibited content.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to process, depending on the payment provider.

9. Subscriptions & Cancellation

Subscription Services are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless cancelled. Customer may cancel subscriptions at any time by contacting support. Cancellation stops future billing but does not affect Services already delivered or in progress. DashTraffic will do its best to stop and reverse the project execution so that the client can receive a partial or full refund. In such cases, DashTraffic may decline the refund request.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, software, branding, systems, and materials on DashTraffic.com are the intellectual property of DashTraffic and may not be reproduced, distributed, or reused without prior written consent.

11. Disputes & Consumer Rights

Customers experiencing issues are encouraged to contact DashTraffic support so we can attempt to resolve the matter promptly. Nothing in these Terms limits your right to initiate a dispute or chargeback in accordance with applicable laws or payment provider rules.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
